  • Answer: you may contact the fire department's Public Relations Officer by completing the "Contact Us form" or Go to the Email Directory. You can also call 713-453-1811 ext 100.

Question: How I contact the fire department?

  • Answer: E-Mail Directory; or via U.S. Mail address 911 Hollywood St. Houston Texas 77015. Telephone 713.453.1811. But for emergencies call 911. If you want to visit come to 911 Hollywood St; Houston Texas in East Harris County, Texas.

Question: What training does the fire department provide for the citizens of the area that it serves?

  • Answer: Training classes are given on the subject of Fire Prevention ie children and the kitchen, children and matches.

Question: How does a school or other fire department request the Cloverleaf Fire Trailer?

  • Answer: Simply make your request by going to the Contact Us form and completing the proper areas to make the request. Yon can also call 713-453-1811 ext 165.

Question: Can I volunteer for only four hours a week?

  • Answer: As a Fire Core member you may volunteer for any length of time that you may have available. However if you asking as a firefighter a minimum of 15% of the total calls are required. As an example for the year of 2002 the 12 month average was between 10 and twelve response calls per month. Junior members have no time requirement.
