Fighting fires can, in fact, be just a small part of everyday work. Fire-fighters are also called upon to advise on Fire Safety and Prevention. Fire duties could additionally deal with any type of major or minor disasters related, but not limited, to:

  • Road, Rail, or Air Crashes
  • Floods
  • Chemical Spills
  • Rescues

We are always in need of volunteers to help us help the community in which we serve. We have a position for you as a firefighter, junior member. You only have to meet the following requirements:

  • Firefighters must be 18 years of age, the junior firefighters program excepts students at fifteen years.
  • Complete an application, submit to and pass a background check, drug screening, physical and pass the cadet academy.
  • On call responders must live within 2 miles of the boundary of the Cloverleaf Volunteer Fire Department and respond to the closest station to their residence.
  • Members can preform crew duty at either station during a regular 12 hour shift.
